Air
Rockhampton Airport has recently been upgraded with a new terminal and additional capacity and services.
Airlines operate fourteen flights travelling to and from Brisbane per day plus direct flights to Sydney three times per week.

Rail
Queensland Rail Traveltrain services operate to Rockhampton, Emerald and Longreach, plus centres between Brisbane and Cairns. The 'Tilt Train' departs Rockhampton daily to most east coast centres, and arrives in Brisbane on a regular basis. The 'Sunlander' and the 'Spirit of the Outback' also travel via Rockhampton.

Road
Rockhampton is located on the Bruce Highway approxiamtely 650km north of Brisbane and 500km south of the Whitsunday's. The Leichhardt, Capricorn and Burnett Highways also lead to Rockhampton, providing excellent access across the region. Rockhampton is just 40km from the Capricorn Coast.
