Room rates and ticket prices include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Ticket Cancellation Policy
Tickets to the Business Excellence Awards Gala Dinner can be cancelled or transferred until 5pm on Thursday 16 September. Following this date no refund will be given for cancelled tickets however tickets can be transferred to another name.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Any changes to or cancellation of accommodation must be notified in writing to Capricorn Tourism & Economic Development via ellietraynor@capricornevents.com.au and not directly to the resort.
Any cancellation of accommodation within 24 hrs of the first night's accommodation cannot be refunded. No-shows will incur a full accommodation charge for their entire stay.
Whilst we provide a Free Booking Service cancellations of Confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract AUD$25.00 (inc. GST). This administration fee is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of Capricorn Resort Yeppoon.
